I can see the Cherryblossoms by Van Gogh! I love those paintings, especially the lighter ones. They give me the same feeling as the water lilies by Monet.
BTW, I grew up in the Dutch village where Van Gogh painted one of his most famous works, "de aardappeleters", Dutch for "potatoe eaters". Not sure what that one is called in English, though.
But I prefer your nice and bright paintings over that dark, depressing thing any day!
Just followed teh link to take a look - like looking through a wondeful old scrapbook found in the attic - each picture more exciting than the previous. A really beautiful and inspiring collection. You have an eye for beauty.
