It's amazing how much fun one can have with water, ink and a few stones.
The smooth stones I've been painting were left over
from one of Manolo's building projects.
He bought them in bulk from a building supply shop
& now they're all mine to play with for the next few years :-)
U are one creative lady!... sure you don't want to put some in your Etsy shop??? :-)
These are just absolutely gorgeous!
you have such a beautiful and inspiring home! i love the little glimpses we get every now and then. :)
That is so sweet of him. Now we can see more beautiful things created by you. I look forward to all of your posts. Your truly a talented lady :)
I sometimes wonder what your Manolo looks like. Yep.
Considering the beautiful house he built (designed?) , he must be talented, also creative.
You made such beautiful art pieces out of these stones! And you still have quite some work to do! I found your blog through Stephanie Levy's interview with Rhiannon Connely and I almost regret that I haven't found it earlier! Your work is beautiful, thank you for the inspiration.
I second the Etsy idea! Think of all the possbilities and happy homes your stons could have! wink, wink. Amazing work! Jeanette
I think you'd have a definite customer group if you put these on Etsy! They are so gorgeous =)
The stones are so beautiful! Just wanted to say I've been enjoying your blog and have really enjoyed the videos of you painting...thank you for sharing!

Ha ! it will be fun to see all those simple grey stones change into little coloured wonders !
(always with my eyes on the ground when I'm walking on a gravel path ... ;-)
simple pleasures!
I love the way you honor your husband on this blog. It's such encouragement for your sisters in Christ. (Titus 2, internet style!)
I also admire the way your creative interests balance each other out. I'm inspired!

Love it!
Really lovely :)
Echt schöne Farben. Und ich sehe, da liegt eine große Steinreserve, die auf ihre Bestimmung wartet :)
Liebe Grüße . Tabea
What luck, enjoy your treasure! I'm going to find some stones to crochet. Love the idea of using them as paperweights and a touch of beauty around the house.
Ooh, how exciting to know we have many more to look forward to! Have a wonderful weekend, amiga!
