Tie-Dye Top
I copied the pattern from a really cute cotton top I bought in San Miguel during Margie & Arounna's visit but cut it out of beige linen and tie-dyed it in a warm chocolate brown color. After I finished it this morning I decided to add some stitched details
with turquoise and red embroidery floss.
Remember this linen tunic I made last year?

Oh, I LOVE this... color, drape, stitch, way cool!
I love the stitching you added, it finishes it off just perfectly =)
It looks lovely! What do you dye with?AriadnefromGreece!
That's gorgeous! I have a top I made with hand embroidery by my mother on my blog.

and desperately want it :)
Love the detailed stitches! Beautiful : )
So beautiful, I love how it drapes and the brown/turquoise combo. The new issue of Anthology has an article on San Miguel de Allende, can't wait 'til it arrives.

Just gorgeous, what dye do you use?
Yes lovely colours, I was searching for a pattern of something similar to your original tunic, it looks so comfy to wear. Would love to know who has a pattern for something similar? Fabulous work!
Glad I found your blog. What beautiful colours and wonderful ideas.
What a beautiful top for summer. I live in the desert and am always looking for linen clothes. I may just have to try my hand at this too! Love the stitch detail:)
